MCR was called to Oakland, Tn to stretch out some carpet ripples. This has to be one of the worst cases of carpet ripples I’ve seen. The entire upstairs of this home was covered in waves and it made the carpet look horrible. The homeowner called out one guy who recomended that the carpet be replaced because it was so bad. The sad part is the home is only 3 years old. Every time the homeowner looked at his floor he became more and more upset. This could have been prevented by proper installation. After further inspection, MCR found that all the tack strips were not properly secured along the edges. MCR got right to work reinforcing all the tack strips and power stretching out the waves. This brought back life to the carpet making it look new again. The homeowners are extremely happy to have their upstairs back again.
