This is one of the worst pet damage cases I’ve seen. These folks were getting ready to move out of their apartment and the dogs had chewed up an area by the front door. MCR was scheduled to come make the repair and the evening before the appointment the dogs went to town in the bedroom. They were afraid that it couldn’t be repaired and would end up paying thousands to replace the carpet. No problem for MCR, we were able to repair the damaged areas saving them the cost to replace and enabling them to get their deposit back.
