MCR was called to install carpet in this rental house. The previous tenants did a number on the carpet. The home owner attempted to get it cleaned but it was too bad for the cleaner to work his magic. The before pictures are what it looked like upon arrival. The owner tore out the old carpet and as you can see, the pad wasn’t in any better shape. He needed it done quick so he could get the house listed as soon as possible. MCR stepped in, tore out that nasty pad and installed new carpet and padding. The after shots look like a completely different house. Looking good and ready for new renters.
