MCR was called out to Arlington, Tn to assess the damage in the master bedroom of this rental home.  There were several pet urine stains throughout and after considering their options the homeowner decided it was best to just replace the carpet and pad.  Most stains can be treated with the right chemicals, but pet urine, if not treated promptly, gets absorbed into the pad and becomes a problem that won’t go away.  Because of the numerous areas, it was more cost effective to replace the whole room rather than patch the individual areas.  We were also able to install the carpet the same day (luckily our supplier had a close match in stock) to accommodate the new tenants moving in on Monday.
