These homeowners had just remodeled their master bathroom. Memphis Carpet Repair had come out and did some patch work in the closet and transition repair. Not too long after the job was completed, a water line burst in the attic. The water flooded the master closet leaving a nasty stain. She called us to take a look thinking it was going to have to be replaced. We were able to steam clean the carpet removing the stain and saving the cost of replacement.
