MCR was called to do a Bartlett seam repair and stretch. These homeowners were moving out and renters are moving in next week. The carpet in the living room and master bath/ closet were so loose, ripples were forming and in some spots wasn’t even secured and could pull loose without any effort. There were also two transition areas that needed repairing. One was loose and the other was worn out and frayed and an old seam repair going in to the master bedroom was coming apart. MCR was able to repair the seam, fix the damaged transitions and stretch out the ripples leaving the homeowners happy and the house ready for renters.
