MCR went out to stretch an entire house in Memphis. The customer had just purchased this home and was planning on moving in over the weekend. Several waves/ ripples throughout the house and also some pet damage by the master bedroom door were holding him up. After further inspection, we found that not only was the carpet not stretched properly at the time of installation but the installer used concrete tack strips on a wood floor. MCR was able to provide same day service reinforcing all the tack strips, power stretching the whole house and repairing the pet damage. Just another day at the office.
