MCR was called to repair a transition from carpet to wood and a Berber carpet snag. This family had a dog that pulled up the carpet where it transitions to wood and it started to fray apart. He also got a hold of one of the strands and pulled a spot up. The customer was worried because they didn’t have any spare carpet to patch the damaged areas. Not to worry, MCR was able to repair both areas without needing any additional carpet. As the home owner watched he said ” wow, I can’t even tell where it was”. That’s what we strive for every time.
